| 摘 要： | 用国产ｘｙ—ＺＰＰＡ型荧光测定仪对３４５名医学生（男１９６人，女１４９人）进行了红细胞锌原卟啉（ＺＰＰ）测定，发现男女间ＺＰＰ差异无显著性意义，且频数分布均不呈正态分布，经统计分析男女合计中位数为０．５１３μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，９５％上限为１．１６７μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，９９％上限为１．４４５μｍｏｌ／Ｌ。ＺＰＰ值在本地区正常上限值之下者占９８％。

| Abstract: | The Zinc protoporphyrin in red blood cell has been measured by the fluorometer (typexy ZPP, made in China)in 345 medical students(male 196, female 149). From the study,authors found that there was no significant difference between the male and female about theZPP in red blood cell,meanwhile,the freguency distribution measured by ZPP is not a nor-mal distribution. The median by ZPP in the 345 medical students is 0.513μmol/L, and theupper limits of 95%and 99%are 1.167μmol/L and 1. 445 μmol/L respectively. There was98%under the normal upper value of ZPP in red blood cell in the area. |
