| 摘 要： | Winberg once adopted muscle flap implantation for 26 patients after excision of peripheral giant malignant tumor of knee joint.After 3- 7 years of follow up survey,all muscle flap survived,function of limbs were good which indicated that implantation with pedunculated muscle flap or muscle skin flap had an important effect on improving success rate of limb salvage of malignant tumor.
