广西流感与人禽流感监测网络的建立和运行效果

摘    要:目的 建立广西流感与人禽流感监测网络并了解运行效果.方法 对广西2004-2006年哨点医院流感样病例监测数据、流感样病例爆发疫情监测数据、实验室病原学监测数据进行分析.结果 2004-2005年度监测医院流感样病例每周平均为291.72例,就诊百分比为18.39%;2005-2006年度监测医院流感样病例每周平均为158.59例,就诊百分比为8.16%.2004-2005年度检测流感样病例标本280份,分离出15株毒株,阳性率5.36%,其中H1N1亚型13株(86.67%),H3N2亚型2株(13.33%);2005-2006年度检测流感样病例标本3115份,分离出381株毒株,阳性率12.23%,其中H1N1亚型40株(10.50%),H3N2亚型115株(30.18%),B型为226株(59.32%).结论 广西流感与人禽流感监测网络已建立并能提供可靠的监测数据.

Abstract:Objective The present study was designed to get an insight into the process of the foundation of influenza and human avian influenza surveillance network and its operating effects in Guangxi. Methods The surveillance data on the influenza-like cases from the sentinel hospitals, the epidemic situations of influenza outbreaks and the etiological tests in Guangxi from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed. Results Averagely there were 291.72 influenza-like cases found every week in the surveillance hospitals from 2004 to 2005 with a consultation rate of 18.39%. The average weekly influenza-like cases in the surveillance hospitals from 2005 to 2006 were 158.59 in number with a consultation rate of 8.16%. 280 influenza-like sample were tested from 2004 to 2005 and 15 strains of influenza virus, 13 of which were identified as type H1N1(86.67%) and 2 of which as H3N2(13.33%), were isolated with a positive rate of 5.36%. 3115 influenza-like samples were tested from 2005 to 2006 and 381 strains of influenza viruses were isolated with a positive rate of 12.23%. Of the isolated, 40 strains were identified as type H1N1(10.50%), 115 strains as H3N2(30.18%) and 226 strains as type B(59.32%). Conclusion It is concluded that the influenza and human avain influenza surveillance network has been well established in Guangxi and it plays an active part in providing reliable surveillance data on epidemic situations.
