经股动脉和桡动脉途径行冠状动脉支架置入术的对比分析

目的探讨经股动脉和桡动脉途径行冠脉支架置入术的优缺点。方法将我院2005年5月~2006年5月住院的160例行冠状动脉支架置入术的患者按其血管途径分为股动脉组80例和桡动脉组80例,分别行冠脉支架置入术,观察成功率和并发症。结果股动脉组和桡动脉组置入支架数目、术后残余狭窄程度和手术成功率经检验差异均无显著性,股动脉组的并发症明显多于桡动脉组。结论随着冠心病介入治疗技术的普遍开展,对桡动脉途径优点的认识和技术上的提高,桡动脉途径会成为冠心病介入治疗的首选途径。

Comparative Analysis of Arteria Coronaria Stenting Cross Arteria Cruralis and the Arteria Radialis

Objective To evaluate the merits and demerits of the arteria coronaria stenting cross the arteria cruralis and the arteria radialis.Methods From May 2005 to May 2006,we selected 160 patients with arteria coronaria stenting,80 patients in arteria cruralis others in arteria radialis,and observed their achievement ratio and complication.Results The number of stentings,level of structure and achievement ratio had no difference in the arteria cruralis and arteria radialis,but the complication of the arteria radialis was more than that of arteria cruralis.Conclusions With the development of interventional therapy of coronary heart disease,and the awareness to merits of arteria radialis and improvement of technology,the arteria radialis has been the fist choice of interventional therapy of coronary heart disease.
