| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨孕妇红细胞聚集特点及女性冠心病患者红细胞聚集改变与其发病的关系。方法 :测定观察者红细胞聚集、变形及全血粘度。结果 :女性冠心病组红细胞聚集指数显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :孕妇红细胞聚集稍高区别于病理性改变 ;女性冠心病患者红细胞聚集增高有病理性意义 ;检测红细胞聚集应选用直接测定法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the characteristic of erythrocyte aggregation in pregnant and the change of erythrocyte aggregation in female patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and it is clinical significance.Method: The level of erythrocyte aggregation and deformation and whole blood viscosity was measured in observer.Results: Erythrocyte aggregation in female CHD group increased significantly( P< 0.01 ).Conclusion: It was different from pathologic changes that erythrocyte aggregation increased slightly in pregnants.The higher level of erythrocyte aggregation in female patients with CHD has pathological significance.It is better to monitor erythrocyte aggregation by directly measurement. |
