脑络通方对光化学诱导脑缺血大鼠脑内bFGF影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究脑络通方对光化学诱导脑缺血大鼠碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)表达的影响.方法用免疫组化方法,观察光化学诱导的脑缺血大鼠第5天时,各组脑内缺血灶、缺血灶周围、大脑皮层、海马、小脑等部位bFGF的表达.结果脑缺血5天后,脑内bFGF主要在缺血灶周围、海马部位表达,阳性细胞主要以神经胶质细胞、神经元细胞为主,治疗组表达比模型组明显增加.结论脑络通方可通过提高缺血灶周围和海马bFGF的表达,从而促进缺血后神经元的存活,参与脑内的损伤修复和神经再生.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Naolutong Formula (NF) on the expression of cerebral bFGF in the rats with photochemically-induced cerebral ischemia. Method Immunohistochemical procedures were used to observe the expression of bFGF in the cerebral ischemic foci, surrounding area of the cerebral ischemic foci, cortex, hippocampus and cerebellum in each group in the experiment, 5 days after the cerebral ischemia was induced in the rats by photochemical procedures.Results It was found that the expression of bFGF mainly existed in the surrounding area of the cerebral ischemic foci and hippocampus, and the positive cells were primarily gliacytes and neurons in the rats undergone 5 days of cerebral ischemia; the expression of bFGF was markedly increased in the treating group compared with that in the model group.Conclusion NF can promote the survival of neurons undergone ischemia and take part in the repair of cerebral injury and nerve regeneration through increasing the expression of bFGF in the surrounding area of the cerebral ischemic foci and hippocampus.
