| 摘 要： | 目的探讨准分子激光卑膘原位磨镶术（LASIK）治疗近视的安全性和有效性。方法应用LASIK治疗近视散光眼562例（1122眼）,随访2—34个月,观察手术后视力改变及手术并发症发生情况。结果术后随访2～34个月,术后裸眼视力显著提高。术后远眼视力达1．0以上者910眼（81．1％）,0．8以上者为1064眼（94．8％）;手术效果良好,患者满意度高。结论LASIK治疗近视散光安全及有效性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative safety and effectivity of Laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK).Methods 562 myopic astigmatism patients(1122 eyes) were received LASIK.After LASIK,these patients were followed-up 2-34 mouths to observe acuity of vision and operation complication.Results After LASIK,910 eyes(81.1%)naked vision were more than 1.0,1064 eyes(94.8 %)naked vision were more than 0.8.Conclusion There are good curative safety and effectivity of LASIK curing myopic astigmatism. |
