眼结核误诊5例病理分析

目的:加强临床对眼部结核感染的诊断及鉴别诊断的认识.方法:回顾性分析5例经病理检查后被确诊为眼结核病例的临床表现、诊断及治疗情况.结果:五例眼结核中1例眼眶结核,4例全眼球结核.术前B超、CT检查均为眼(眶)内占位性病变行眼球摘除术,术后经病理检查确诊为眼部结核感染,术后给与抗结核治疗.结论:结核性眼内炎与眼内占位性病变的临床表现和眼影像学检查包括B超、CT表现极为相似,诊断时须重视鉴别,必要时经病理检查确诊.

Pathology analysis of misdiagnosed 5 ophthalmic tuberculosis cases

AIM:To strengthen clinical knowledge of diagnosis and discrimination with ophthalmic tuberculosis METHODS:The clinical manifestations,diagnoses and treatments of 5 ophthalmic tuberculosis cases were reviewed.RESULTS:All 5 cases were misdiagnosed as endophthalmol or endorbita tumour with B-ultrasound and CT therefore being excised eyeballs,after the operations these cases was made definite diagnosis with pathologic inspection.After the operation resisting infection and tuberculosis,medicine was taken.CONCLUSION:The clinical manifestations and ophthalmic images including B-ultrasound and CT are very resemble between some ophthalmic tuberculosis and endophthalmol or endorbita tumour,the discrimination should be paid attention to,pathologic inspection should be employed when necessary.
