围体外循环期红细胞膜流动性和脂质过氧化损伤的临床研究

摘    要:33例心脏直视手术病人围体外循环期红细胞膜流动性和脂质过氧化损伤的临床研究表明:体外循环(CPB)造成了未破裂、溶血的红细胞膜流动性损伤,损伤高峰期在CPB后6~8h,脂质过氧化是其损伤的主要原因。CPB中活力升高的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对红细胞膜流动性的保护能力不足,血浆游离血红蛋白的变化不能反映完整红细胞的受损情况,和膜流动性之间无相关关系。

Abstract:The fluidity of erythrocyte membrane and its injury by lipid peroxidation were surveyed in peri-cardiopulmonary bypass.The results gained from 33 cases of open heart surgery indicated that the membrane fluidity of integrated erythrocyte was injuried by cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).The most serious injury appeared in 6-8 hours post-CPB and lipid peroxidation was the major cause leading to the injury.The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD)was increased during and after CPB but was not high enough to protect the membrane fluidity.No relationship was found between plasma hemoglobin(P.Hb)and membrane fluidity.So,the value of P.Hb can not be the experession of the extent of injury of membrane fluidity.
