| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨西藏高原地区腹腔镜手术治疗肝包虫病的可行性和安全性。方法:回顾分析2006年6月至2009年4月11例肝包虫病患者行腹腔镜手术的临床资料。结果:11例手术均获成功,无死亡病例,2例术后第2天出现过敏性皮炎,2例术后残腔积液,无复发及出血、胆漏等并发症发生,均治愈出院。结论:西藏高原地区腹腔镜肝包虫内囊摘除术是治疗肝包虫病安全、可行、微创的有效术式。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic treatment of hepatic echinococcosis in Tibet plateau area.Methods:The clinical data of 11 cases with hepatic echinococcosis from Jun.2006 to Apr.2009 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The procedure was successful in all cases,without hemorrhage,bile leakage,recurrence or death.2 cases of sensitization dermatitis occurred on the second day after operation,and 2 cases of residual cavity hydrops were found postoperatively.A... |
