退变关节软骨中水通道蛋白的表达差异及其意义

目的研究水通道蛋白-3（AQP-3）在退变关节软骨与正常关节软骨中的表达及分布差异,探讨其与关节软骨退变的关系及意义。方法取13例关节置换病例退变关节软骨样本作为退变组,取同期外伤性无退变游离关节软骨12例作为非退变组,应用免疫组织化学法检测AQP3的表达及分布差异。结果免疫组化染色显示AQP3在退变组和非退变组关节软骨中的分布具有明显差异,退变组AQP3在关节软骨中的量明显高于非变应组,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论AQP3存在于关节软骨组织中,并在退变关节软骨中高度表达,推测其与软骨退变及骨性关节炎的发生、发展具有密切相关性。

The differences and significance of expression and distribution of quaporin in the degenerated articuler cartilage

Objective To study the differences of expression and distribution of aquaporin -3 （AQP-3） in the degenerated articular cartilage group and the normal group, to explore its relationship with articular cartilage degeneration and significance of the relationship. Methods 13 cases degenerated articular cartilage of joint replacement patients as the degenerative group, the same period 12 cases traumatic non-degeneration reticular cartilage as the non-degenerative group. Use immunohistochemical to detect the difference of AQP3 expression and distribution. Results Immunohistochemical staining showed that there is significant difference of AQP3 expression and distribution between the degenerative group and non-degenerative group. AQP3 in the degenerative articular cartilage was significantly higher than the amount of non-degenerative group,inter-group differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion AQP3 present in articular cartilage tissue and highly express in degenerative articular cartilage. It suggest that AQP3 closely correlate with cartilage degeneration and the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis.
