农村艾滋病患者抑郁心理原因分析与疏导

目的分析农村艾滋病患者发生抑郁的原因，为针对性地开展心理疏导提供科学依据。方法采用Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）对144例艾滋病患者进行问卷调查，按1-4级评分划分出轻度、中度、重度抑郁程度，针对不同性别、年龄、学历、治疗时间等指标进行统计学分析。结果由于受社会环境和治疗时间等因素的影响，有65．28％的艾滋病患者存在不同程度的抑郁心理。男女之间抑郁状态发生率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；不同年龄、不同学历间抑郁状态有显著性差异（P〈0．05）：不同治疗时间抑郁状态有明显差异（P〈0．01）。结论艾滋病患者抑郁心理与患者年龄、文化程度及接受治疗时间有关，采取及时有效的心理疏导，可以帮助患者走出心理误区，减少因抑郁导致的自杀、逆反等意外死亡，树立战胜疾病的信心，达到提高生活质量、延长生命的目的。

Analysis and Persuasion of Depression during AIDS Patients in Rural Areas

Objective To investigate and analyze some related reasons of depression of AIDS cases among paid blood donors in rural areas and provide evidence for appropriate persuasion of psychology. Methods A total of 144 AIDS cases were investigated through questionnaires and convenience samplings. By SDS, all the cases were divided into slight, moderate and severe degree. All the data including sex, age, degree and treatment time were statistically analyzed by X 2 test. Results Because of social environment and treatment time,65.28% of AIDS had a certain depression. There was no statistic significances about sex （P〉0.05）. But between, age, degree and different treatment time the rate of depression had significances. Conclusion By analysis of depression,clinical paramedics should take effective persuasions to reduce the suicides and help our patients build up their confidence, improve life qualities and fight diseases at last.
