北京社区卫生服务机构员工对收支两条线管理的认知评价

摘    要:目的了解北京社区卫生服务机构员工对收支两条线管理的认知评价情况。方法采取问卷调查的方法,调查北京社区卫生服务机构员工对收支两条线管理的认知评价情况,用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果201名社区卫生服务工作人员中,78.1%的人认为在社区卫生服务机构实施收支两条线可以提高员工的工作积极性,83.1%的员工希望实行收支两条线。所在机构已实施收支两条线管理的49人中,59.2%的人认为实施后个人收入减少,75.5%的人认为工作压力比实施前增加。结论北京市社区卫生服务机构工作人员对收支两条线管理的实施表示支持,实施意愿较高,但是应对配套的绩效考核评价体系进行深入的研究和论证,从而有效地提高社区医务人员的工作积极性。

Abstract:Objective To find out the community health service staff's cognition and evaluation on two-line management of income and expenditure in Beijing.Methods The questionnaire survey on the staff's conditions of cognition and evaluation was applied and SPSS 13.0 software was used to analyze the data statistically.Results 78.1% of 201 community health professionals investigated agreed with the idea that implementing two-line management of income and expenditure can stimulate their work enthusiasm;83.1% expected their agencies to implement this management pattern.Among 49 health professionals whose agencies had implemented two-line management of income and expenditure,59.2% believed the personal income was reduced and 75.5% held that the working stress was increased after the implement.Conclusion The community health service staff support this new management pattern and their implementing inclination is high,but the performance evaluation system should be studied and demonstrated further in order to stimulate the staff's work enthusiasm effectively.
