《基础护理学》态度目标教学模式的探索

摘    要:目的:探讨《基础护理学》态度目标的教学模式。方法:将252名护生随机分为对照组124名和实验组128名。对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验组将态度目标放在与知识、技能同样重要的位置,积极探索态度目标教学方法。通过问卷调查和综合考评来评价两组护生的教学效果。结果:实验组护生在实习态度优秀率、患者满意率、技能考核方面均优于对照组(P0.05,P0.01),两组护生在理论考核方面比较无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:加强态度目标教学实践,护生掌握了知识,指导了实践,提高了护生的职业道德修养和整体素质,有利于培养实用型护理人才。

Abstract:Objective:To study attitude - goaled teaching modes of" the basic nursing". Methods:252 nurse students were randomly divided into control group (n = 124) and experiment group (n = 128 ), the control group used traditional teaching, attitude goals were put into the equally important place as well as knowledge goals and skill goals in experiment group to explore attitude - goaled teaching methods by means of a questionnaire and the integrated evaluation to gain the effects of teaching. Rusuhs :The excellent rate of internship attitude, the patient satisfaction rate and the skill test scores of testing in experiment group were higher than the control group( P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ), there was no sense in theory assess between two groups( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion :The nursing students have mastered the knowledge to guide nursing practice and their professional ethics and comprehensive characters have been developed in a whole by strengthening attitude - goaled teaching practice. These methods will be helpful for cultivating applied talents for nursing.
