摘    要:目的 :进一步研究微量元素硒 (Se)钴 (Co)对心肌细胞的协同性影响。方法 :用细胞内微电极技术分别测定了正常对照、高Co、高Se伴高Co条件下培养的大鼠心肌细胞生物电活动的变化。结果 :高Co状态下培养的心肌细胞 ,其RP、APA降低 ,APD50 缩短 ;而高Co伴高Se条件下培养的心肌细胞 ,RP、APA、APD50 与对照组相比差异无显著性意义。提示 :高Co对培养的心肌细胞有损害作用 ,补Se可以对抗高Co对心肌细胞产生的这种损害

Abstract:Objective:To explore the synergic effect of Se and Co on the electrophysiological properties of myocardial cells. Methods: Intracellular microelectrode technique was used to study the electrophysiological changes of the myocardial cells cultured at the state of the different Se and Co concentration. Results: It has been confirmed that Co lowered the RP ? APA and shorted the APD 50 of the cultured cell. However, when Se was added to the experimental system, these electrophysiological parameters have no significantly changes than the control. Conclusions: It suggested that Co injury the cultured myocardial cells, and Se prevent these cells from the injury.
