接骨胶囊促进骨折愈合的药效学实验观察

目的 研究接骨胶囊对骨折愈合的治疗作用。方法 将32只家兔造成双侧桡骨中下段3mm缺损骨折模型，随机分成四组：空白组自然饮食；接骨胶囊低剂量组和接骨胶囊高剂量组分别按0.45g/kg与0.90g/kg体重口服接骨胶囊；对照组予伤科接骨片口服。观察接骨胶囊对骨折愈合的一般情况及生化学的影响。结果 接骨胶囊低剂量组与空白对照组相比血清碱性磷酸酶含量增高（P＜0．05，P＜0．01），桡骨抗折力增强（P＜0．001），骨痂中钙浓度增加（P＜0．001），钙／磷比值趋于合理，胶原含量增多（P＜0．01）。结论 接骨胶囊具有一定的促进骨折愈合作用。

The experimental observation on pharmacodynamics of JIEGU capsule on improving fracture healing

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of JIEGU capsule (JGC) on fracture healing. Methods The fracture models were made of 32 rabbits, which had fracture between mid and low 3mm defects of radius doubly. Then the were randomly divided into four groups. 1.The blank group was raised with routine feeding. 2. The low dose of JGC and the high dose of JGC was fed with powder of JGC 0.45/kg or 0.90g/kg respectively. 3. The control group was treated with SHENGKEJIEGU tablet. The animals were executed periodically in order to investigate the general status and biochemical effect of JGC on improving fracture healing. Results The content of SAP in low JGC group were higher than that of blank group ( P <0.05, P <0.01). The anti-breaking of radius in low JGC group was obviously stronger than that of blank group ( P <0.001). The Ca and collagen of callus in low JGC group were mark higher than that of blank group (P<0.001, P<0.01). Conclusion The JGC can promote obviously the fracture healing.
