| 摘 要： | 目的研究铅中毒与尿视黄醇结合蛋白(URBP)排泄含量的关系,进而探讨URBP在铅中毒早期筛查、诊断中的价值。方法用酶联免疫法对铅中毒的成年和未成年患者共510例进行URBP检测,同时测定尿铅含量。结果成年组、未成年组铅中毒患者URBP的排泄含量较正常对照组明显增高(P<0.01),且URBP与铅含量呈正相关。结论铅中毒早期阶段肾小管功能已受到损害,URBP的检测可作为筛查、诊断铅中毒的敏感指标。

| Abstract: | Objective The correlation between lead poisoning and urinary retinol binding protein(URBP) excretion and the significance in screening and diagnosis for lead poisoning patients were studied. Methods ELISA was applied to measure the URBP of 510 adults and children patients with lead poisoning; the urinary lead levels were determined simultaneously. Results URBP in both adults and children lead poisoning patients were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01); and the URBP levels were correlated positively. Conclusion Renal tubules function has been damaged in the early stage of lead poisoning and URBP can serve as an indicator in screening and diagnosis of early stage lead poisoning. |
