刺五加注射液治疗脑血管疾病54例临床疗效观察

目的：观察刺五加注射液治疗脑血管疾病的治疗效果。方法：通过对治疗组54例脑血管疾病患者，加用刺五加注射液静滴治疗，与对照组41例脑血管疾病患者，不加刺五加注射液治疗，进行疗效对比。结果：治疗组54例，显效36例，有效13例，无效5例，总有效率90．74％；对照组41例，显效24例，有效7例，无效10例，总有效率75．62％。经统计学处理，u＝2．0，P＜0．05，有显著性差异。 结论：刺五加注射液对治疗血管疾病具有疗效好、使用安全、方便、不良反应少等特点，值得临床推广应用。

Observing the therapeutic effect of the root of manyprickle acanthopana injection in 54 cases encephalon vessel disease
