苦参抗柯萨基B组病毒的初步研究

摘    要:本文报道了苦参在体外及体内抗柯萨基B组病毒(CVB)的作用。在体外,自1:4稀释度向上,苦参粗提液对HeLa细胞的毒性作用已丧失,在1:32稀释度时,苦参仍能对抗CVB(CVB_1除外)对细胞的致病变作用。在体内,Balb/C小鼠经腹腔感染CVB_3m,12只对照组小鼠平均存活时间为126小时,而经苦参治疗的试验组12只小鼠,2只完全康复,其余10只平均存活时间为161小时,两者有显著差异,P<0.01。

Abstract:This article reported the role of anti-Coxsackie group B virus (CVB) of Sophora flavescens in vitro and in vivo. Beginning from 1: 4 dilution, the rough extract of Sophora flavescens lost its toxicity to HeLa cells and showed remarkable anti-CVB effect until 1: 32 dilution. In vivo, after Balb/c mice were peritoneally infected by CVB3m, the average survival time of 12 mice in the control group was 126.25 hours, while among 12 mice of the test group treated with Sophora flavescens, 2 mices recovered thoroughly from the disease, and the average survival time of the other 10 mice was 161.5 hours. The difference was significant between the two groups (P<0.01).
