| 摘 要： | 将130例腰椎间盘突出的患者随机分为针刺腹部穴位配合TDP照射组治疗82例;单纯采用针刺常用穴治疗组48例。治疗结果显示：治疗组痊愈率为42.7%,有效率为100%。优于对照组,差异有显著意义（P〈0.01）。并就针刺腹部穴位配合TDP照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症大机理进行了探讨,说明针刺腹部穴位配合TDP照射是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的很好方法。

| Abstract: | 130 cases proplapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients were divided into treatment group(82 cases) and control group(48 cases).Treatmen group was adopting aqupoint on abdomen and TDP,the control group was only adopting usual aqupoint.Results showed,treatment group's cure rate was 42.7%,effective rate was 100%.The cure rate and effective rate were both better than the control group(P<0.01).Dicuss the mechanism of adopting aqupoint on abdomen and TDP cure proplapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Adopting aqupoint on abdomen and TDP is a good method to cure proplapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. |
