经颅多普勒监测中重度肥胖儿童脑血流动力学的临床研究

摘    要:目的 :为了了解肥胖儿童血管内皮功能与脑血流动力学的相关性。方法 :作者对 32例中重度肥胖儿童及 32例正常儿童用放免法测定血浆内皮素 (ET)含量、还原酶法测定血浆内一氧化氮 (NO)、经颅多普勒 (TCD)监测双侧大脑中动脉 (MCA)及基底动脉 (BA)的血流速度。结果 :结果显示中重度肥胖儿童血浆ET升高 ,而NO降低 ,两者与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,脑血流速度显著增快 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :研究证明肥胖已经危害或潜在危害儿童健康 ,表现血管内皮功能紊乱 ,脑血流动力学受到影响

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the relation between the vascular endothelium's function and the kinetics of cerebral blood flow in children obesity.Methods:32 cases of children with moderate or severe obesity and 32 cases of normal children were included, the author measured them the concentration of endothelin (ET) in plasma by immunoradiometric assay and the content of nitrogen monoxide (NO) by reductase method,also monitored the blood flow velocity in bilateral middle cerebral artery (MCA) and the basilar artery (BA) by transcranial Doppler (TCD).Results:The results suggested that the concentration of ET increased,but the content of NO significantly decreased (P<0.01) comparing with the control group.The blood flow velocity also significantly increased comparing with the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:This investigation shows that obesity has endangered or potentially harm the children's health.Manifestition by the disorder of vascular endothelium's function and the kinetics of cerebral blood being affected.
