212例血液病贫血患者红细胞参数特点和相关性分析

目的研究血液病性贫血患者红细胞参数的分布规律和相互关系。方法用Sysmex XE-2100全自动血细胞分析仪测定212例不同血液病导致的贫血患者静脉血，分析红细胞平均体积、红细胞体积分布宽度，网织红细胞和有核红细胞比例在不同类型疾病中的分布特点和相互关系。结果不同血液病中，IMF、MM、NHL、PKD患者MCV平均值在正常范围，HS、MA、EVENS、ITP、HA、PNH、AA、CML、MDS、AL患者MCV平均值大于正常，并与RDW和REF同步增高，IDA减小。各种血液病外周有核红细胞平均值增高，增高程度和MCV、RDW和RET相关。结论血液病性贫血患者红细胞参数、有核红及网织红比例变化的同步性强；外周有核红细胞比例增高与疾病和贫血的严重程度有关。

Assement of red cell parameters and corelstionship in 212 patients with blood diseases

Objective to study the parameter distribution and mutual relationship in hematological diseases with anemia.Methods measuring circulation blood of 212 anemia patients with hematological diseases by automatic blood cell analyzer of Sysmex XE- 2100 and analyzing contributions relationship of MCV, RDW, reticulocyte and erythroblast ratio in various hematological diseases. Re- suits MCV average values of IMF, MM, NHL, PKD were in normal range, while HS, MA, EVENS, ITP, HA, PNH, AA, CML, MDS and AL were increased and paralleled with their RDW and RET respectively. MCV of IDA was decreased.The average number of Nucleated red blood cells （NRBC） in all diseases were increased, and correlated with their RDW and RET increasing. Conclusion MCV, RDW, RET and NRBC parameters were usually synchronous in most hematological diseases, the raising usually were associated with the severity of diseases and anemia degree.
