| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨冠心病并发2型糖尿病患者的心血管病危险因素与冠状动脉病变特点。方法 冠心病并发2型糖尿病者（糖尿病组）36例，冠心病未并发2型糖尿病者223例，从中随机选取62例作为非糖尿病组，采用选择性冠状动脉造影方法检测冠状动脉病变范围与程度，左室造影方法测定左室射血分散。结果：糖尿病组病变血管比例，三支病变及多节段病变显著高于非糖尿病组（P＜0．05，P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。伴有高血压的糖尿病组病变血管比例，三支病变显著高于不伴有高血压的糖尿病组（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）。结论 糖尿病组冠状动脉病变严重，对经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术的效果及其预后均有影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the risk factors and diseased characteristics in patients with coronary artery disease followed by type 2 diabetes. Methods The condition of culprit lesion was described according to the coronary angiography. Left ventricular ejection fraction was measured by left ventriculography. Results To the proportion of damaged vascular , the three branch damages and polysegment damages , the diabetes group has a statistical significance than nondiabetes group and also the diabetes group with hypertension has a statistical significance than diaberes with no hypertension group. Conclusion Coronary artery lesion is severe in diabetics and associated with PTCA and its prognosis. |
