应用失效模式预防可避免性压疮研究

目的:有效地预防可避免性压疮。方法:采用失效模式与效率分析法针对压疮组成团队,分析诊疗流程并制作出流程图,进行失效模式与潜在风险原因分析,计算事先风险指数(RPN)值。结果:制定与实施预防压疮改进措施,实施前后事先风险指数(RPN)值对比,压疮风险下降;形成压疮防治指南。结论:FMEA方法的应用有助于预防可避免性压疮,从而降低医疗风险事件的发生。

Using Failure Mode Effective Analysis(FMEA)to prevent avoidable pressure ulcers

Objective： To prevent avoidable pressure ulcers. Methods： Failure mode effective analysis （FMEA） was used to manage pressure ulcers. The measures were： constructing a group, analyzing treatment flow, drawing flow chart and calculating risk priority number （RPN）.Results： The improving interventions for pressure ulcers were established and implemented. The pressure ulcer risk decreased by comparing RPN, and the treatment and prevention guide was formulated. Conclusion： Using FMEA can prevent avoidable pressure ulcers and decrease medical risk.
