| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨及评价CT对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值及限度。方法:回顾性分析25例经手术病理证实的卵巢肿瘤的CT表现。结果:CT对卵巢肿瘤的发现率为98％,对良性肿瘤诊断正确率为98％,恶性肿瘤为68％。结论:CT提高了卵巢病变的发现率及其定性定位诊断的准确率,但对少数卵巢病变,如交界性肿瘤和良性肿瘤小区恶变,缺乏典型表现,CT定性困难。

| Abstract: | Obijecfive:To explore and evaluate the diagnosis value of CT for ovarian tumor . Method: To analyze the CT manifestafion of 25 patients with ovarian tumor confirmed by biospy . Results: The positive rate by CT was 98%, the corect diagnosis rate of benighn and malignant tumor were 98% and 68% respectively . Couclusion: There was important diagnosis value by CT for ovarian tumor, but simetimes, it' s very difficant to diagnose qualitatively because of being deficient in typical manifestation in some ovarian tumor . |
