| 摘 要： | 目的:检测肿瘤抑制基因RECK和基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9在子宫内膜异位症组织中的表达,探讨子宫内膜异位症的发病机制。方法:用免疫组化方法检测30例患者异位子宫内膜组织及在位内膜组织和30例正常子宫内膜组织中RECK及MMP-9的表达情况。结果:RECK在子宫内膜异位症患者异位/在位内膜和对照组比较,表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MMP-9在子宫内膜异位症患者异位/在位内膜和对照组比较,表达增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RECK和MMP-9两者表达比较呈负相关(r=-0.371,P<0.05)。结论:RECK在内异症组中表达减弱,MMP-9表达增强,RECK和MMP-9可能在子宫内膜异位症中发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of RECK and MMP-9in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in patients with endometriosis,and to explore the mechanism in the endometriosis.Methods:Immunochemical method was used to determine the expression of RECK and MMP-9 in 30 cases of eutopic and ectopic endometrium with endometriosis and 30 cases of endometrium without endometriosis.Results:The positive expression RECK were significantly lower than in normal endometrium (P<0.05).The protein expression levels of MMP-9 in endometriosis were significantly higher than in normal endometrium (P<0.05).RECK expression was negatively related to MMP-9 expression(r=-0.371 P<0.05).Conclusion:The decreased expression of RECK and the increased expression of MMP-9 protein may be play an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. |
