| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高度近视病人行有晶状体眼后房型人工晶体植入术的护理配合及效果。方法对34例56只眼有晶状体眼后房型人工晶体植入术的手术配合,包括做好患者的术前准备、术中配合与观察、术后处理和术前后的健康指导。结果 34例56只眼手术均顺利完成,术中无意外发生,效果满意。结论充分的术前准备,熟练有效的手术配合,术后正确的处理和术前后的健康指导是保证手术成功的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the nursing cooperation and effects of the operation of posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens implantation in high myopia patients. Methods 56 eyes in 34 patients with high myopia were implanted with posterior chamber phakic intraocular lens. Nurse cooperation included the preoperative preparation for patients,cooperation and observation during surgery procedure,postoperative treatment and health education. Results All surgeries were completed successfully,there were no adverse events during the whole procedure. Surgery outcomes were satisfied. Conclusion It is concluded that adequate preoperative preparation,effective surgery cooperation and correct postoperative treatment are important factors for surgery success. |
