摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法测定复方消毒剂中三氯羟基二苯醚(三氯生)含量,对该方法进行了观察。结果,在C18色谱柱和甲醇-水流动相条件下,用高效液相色谱法测定复方消毒剂中三氯生,定量范围为3.0~250.3μg/ml,回收率为99.85~100.43%,最低检测量为0.3μg/ml。结论,高效液相色谱法测定复方消毒剂中三氯生含量,定量范围宽,回收率高,专一性好。

Abstract:High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to measure triclosan content in compound disinfectant in order to observe this method. Results: Under conditions of C_ 18 chromatographic column and methanol-water as the mobile phase, HPLC was used to measure triclosan in compound disinfectant. The quantitative range was 3.0~250.3 μg/ml, recovery rate was 99.85%~100% and the minimum detectable content was 0.3μg/ml. Conclusion: Measurement of triclosan in compound disinfectant by HPLC has the advantages of wide quantitative range, high recovery rate and good specificity.
