维持性血液透析患者透析充分性与血压相关性分析

目的:观察73例维持性血液透析(MHD)患者血压与透析充分性的关系。方法:连续测定12次透析的透析前、中、后的血压,分别计算收缩压、舒张压及平均动脉压的平均值,患者每次血透前和血透结束时留取血样测定血肌酐和尿素氮等生化指标,记录超滤量(UFV)和体质量(W),并计算Kt/V值。结果:维持性血液透析患者的透析前、中、后的平均动脉压与其透析充分性之间存在明显的相关关系(P<0.01)。透析较充分的患者(Kt/V≥1.2)较透析不充分的患者(Kt/V<1.2)的血压低,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:充分透析能使维持性血液透析患者的血压得到良好控制。

Relation between hemodialysis adequacy and blood pressure in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective :To investigate the relation between blood pressure and hemodialysis sufficiency in 73 maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods: Average values of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure were analyzed respectively. Meanwhile, plasm Cr and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) of patients pre-and post-dialysis were examined and Kt/V was calculated .Results: There was linar regression between MAP and Kt/V. The blood pressure of patients with Kt/V≥1.2 was significantly lower than that of patients with Kt/V<1.2. Conclusion:Adequate hemodialysis will properly control the blood pressure of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
