加强我国板层角膜移植的研究

角膜移植是更换混浊角膜,恢复视力的有效治疗手段.由于板层角膜移植的光学效果不如穿透性角膜移植,所以其应用范围受到了限制.近年来,全厚板层角膜移植、深板层角膜内皮移植等新的板层角膜移植手术方式的出现,使得临床眼科医师需重新审视板层角膜移植的重要意义.本文分析了我国板层角膜移植的发展和存在问题,对新的板层角膜移植手术方式的设计理念、术式特点进行了评价,并展望了板层角膜移植的未来发展趋势.

Strengthen the study of lamellar keratoplasty in China

Corneal transplantation is an effective procedure for the treatment of opaque cornea, but the application of lamellar keratoplasty is limited because its optical results are not as good as penetrating corneal transplantation. Recently, with the appearance of new surgical procedures, deep lamellar keratoplasty (DLKP) and deep lamellar endothelial keratoplasty (DLEK), clinicians should re-evaluate the value of lamellar keratoplasty. This article discusses the designs, the indications and the characteristics of these new surgical procedures, analyzes the problems existed in China, and looks forward to the future about the development of lamellar keratoplasty.
