摘    要:目的:通过观察当归多糖对Graves病模型大鼠肝功能的保护作用,探讨其在瘿病治疗方中的配伍作用。方法:用左甲状腺素钠片对SD雌性大鼠连续灌胃给药4周后,制备Graves病肝损害模型,水提醇沉、Sevag法提取精制当归多糖,以高、中、低三个多糖剂量组灌胃治疗4周后,检测血清转氨酶水平、肝脏氧化应激参数的变化。结果:当归多糖高、中、低剂量组均有明显的肝保护作用,各项指标均高于模型组(P0.01),尤以高剂量组明显。结论:当归多糖具有提高Graves病大鼠肝抗氧化酶活力、改善血清转氨酶水平、保护肝功能的作用。

Abstract:Objective : To observe the effect of Angelica Polysaccharideon rat model of hepatic damage induced by Graves Disease. Methods:SD female rat was used in this study. To perfuse intragastrically with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablet to establish the rat model of Graves Disease liver damage biochemical analysator, liver constitution homogenate for four weeks; the serum of ALT, AST was measured by automatic MDA level and SOD, GSH -Px, CAT activity were detected by spectrophotometry method. Results: Compared with the blank control group, the levels of AST, ALT and MDA, SOD, CAT, GSH- Px activities in the model group were significantly increased (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the model group, after treatment with Angelica Polysaccharide, MDA value and the activities of SOD, CAT, GSH - Px were decreased, and there was a significant difference (P 〈 0. 01 ) ;and high Polysaccharide low dosage group. Conclusion:Angelica damage induced by Levothyroxine Sodium in rats. The dosage group was more significantly increased than in Angelica Polysaccharide plays a protective role in Graves Disease hepatic effect is to reduce and inhibit hepatic oxidative stress in rats.
