| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经腹腔镜联合胆道镜在胆总管探查取石术中的临床技术。方法:对经腹腔镜联合胆道镜胆总管探查取石术116例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组116例均成功完成手术,术中无大出血,无胆管损伤。结论:经腹腔镜联合胆道镜取石术可有效减少胆道内残余结石的发生,同时具有创伤小、术后疼痛轻、住院时间短等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical value of laparoscopic common bile duct operation combined with eholedochoscopy. Method To retrospectively analyze the 116 cases undergoing laparoseopic common bile duct operation combined with choledeeboscopy. Results For 116 cases were successfully operated without bleeding,no bile duct injury. Conclusion The laparoscopic lithotomy can effectively reduce the incidence of residual stones within the billary tract,both trauma and postoperative pain,with shorter hospitalization and so on. |
