Abstract: | Registered in patients with burn trauma was the presence of endogenous intoxication (EI), which was determined by a higher value of coefficient CLP/AOS, a higher contents of medium-molecular peptides (MMP), a lower total and effective concentration of albumin (TAC and EAC) and by a reserve of the binding albumin ability. Intoxication coefficients, i.e. IC MMP/EAC and IC C/EAC showing the deposition and binding of toxic ligands, were acknowledged as the most informative EI parameters. |
