261例维持性血液透析患者治疗依从性影响因素的调查

目的探讨维持性血液透析（MHD）患者治疗依从性及相关因素，以寻求相应的护理措施，提高MHD患者的治疗依从性和生存质量。方法采用自行设计的MHD患者依从性相关因素调查表，调查261例MHD患者的治疗依从性情况。结果MHD患者性别、文化程度、经济状况、家庭及社会支持系统、透析次数、就业情况与治疗依从性呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论MHD患者治疗依从性差，应采取有效的健康教育，心理干预，提供良好的家庭及社会支持作用，以提高患者治疗依从性和生存质量。

The investigation about influence factors to 261 cases of hemodialysis patient compliance

Objective To investigate with treatment compliance and related factors of the maintenance hemodialysis （MHD） patients, to seek appropriate care and measures, and to improve the MHD patient＇s treatment compliance and quality of life. Methods To investigate 261 cases of MHD treatment compliance of patients,by the self-designed questionnaire. Results MHD patients with sex, education, economic status, family and social support systems, dialysis frequency, employment status and treatment compliance was positively correlated （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion MHD patient compliance is poor. it should taken effective health education, psychological interventions, provide a good family and the role of social support,and it can improve patient compliance and quality of life.
