| 摘 要： | 当前,医患关系不断紧张,“医闹”现象频频出现在各家医院,医务人员的人身安全受到很大的威胁,同时严重扰乱了医院的正常医疗秩序,本文立足于医院自身建设,从构建和谐医患关系的角度出发探讨如何从源头上预防“医闹”现象的发生。
