尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

目的探讨尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择起病48h内的急性脑梗死患者78例，随机分为实验组（n=53）和对照组（n=25）。实验组给予尤瑞克林0．15PANU，1次／d，对照组给予丹红20ml，1次／d，两组疗程均为14d。两组同时针对性使用抗血小板聚集药物、病因治疗及神经康复治疗。在用药前和用药7d、14d分别进行NIHSS评分和ADL评分，监测血尿常规、肝功、肾功、血糖、血脂，详细记录不良反应。结果两组在用药第7、14天的NIHSS评分和ADL评分较用药前均显著改善，（实验组7d：P〈0．05，14d：P〈0．01；对照组14d：P〈0．05；ADL），实验组改善程度优于对照组（全部P〈0．05）。结论尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。

Clinical research of urinary kallikrein in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the curative effect and the side-effects of urinary kallikrein on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 78 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into contol group （n=25 ） and experiment group （n = 53 ）. Experiment group were administrated intravenously urinary kallikrein 0.15 PNAU for 14 days. The control group were were administrated intravenously Danhong. The two groups were given symptomatic treatment and nerves convalescent care. To evaluate the nerve function damage degree （ NIHSS） , daily life energy （ADL）and safety were evaluated before and after treatment of 7th day and 14th day. Results A significant improvement of NIHSS and ADL was obtained in two groups in 7th day and 14th day （ all P 〈 0.05 ） . NIHSS and ADL of experiment group out- weigh that of control group （ all P 〈 0.05 ） . The frequency of side effect was low and symptoms were sligh. Conclusion Kallidinogenas treatment with for patients acute cerebral infarction was effective and safe.
