| 摘 要： | 目的:了解北京市社区育龄妇女紧急避孕药的使用及知识掌握情况,并探讨其影响因素。方法:2009年7～8月采用随机整群抽样方法,抽取北京市项目社区两个街道的579名育龄妇女进行结构式问卷调查。结果:紧急避孕药的知晓率为69.13%,使用比例为14.02%。81.25%调查对象的紧急避孕药知识得分低于50分。不同年龄、学历、户籍及不同职业间,知识得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、学历、职业及紧急避孕的知晓情况是知识得分的影响因素。结论:城市社区育龄妇女紧急避孕药知识掌握较差,应继续开展针对性的宣传活动,提高育龄妇女对紧急避孕药的认识及知识水平,充分发挥其减少非意愿妊娠的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the application and the knowledge of emergency contraceptive pills (ECPs), and to explore the influencing factors among married women of reproductive age in Beijing communities.
