| 摘 要： | 目的:观察和比较左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)和口服炔诺酮治疗无排卵性功血的疗效。方法:将65例无排卵性功血患者随机分为LNG-IUS组(30例)和炔诺酮组(35例)进行治疗,对治疗前及治疗后3个月、6个月的月经情况、经前子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白、激素水平、肝肾功能、血脂及治疗满意度等进行比较。结果:两组治疗6个月后月经量均明显减少,血红蛋白显著增加,经前子宫内膜变薄,肝肾功能及血脂水平均无明显变化。与治疗前相比,LNG-IUS组激素水平无明显变化,炔诺酮组雌二醇水平下降,孕酮水平升高;LNG-IUS组治疗满意度高于炔诺酮组。结论:LNG-IUS和炔诺酮治疗无排卵性功血均效果明显,但LNG-IUS较炔诺酮治疗更具优势。
