电击对大鼠吗啡条件性位置偏爱表达的影响

目的:研究电击对吗啡致大鼠条件性位置偏爱(CPP)长期表达的影响。方法:24只通过CPP筛选的Wistar大鼠(♀),随机分为3组,分别为空白对照组、CPP模型组和电击处理组;CPP模型组和电击处理组采用倾向性训练程序训练大鼠(6d),每天的上午和下午分别进行吗啡匹配训练和生理盐水训练;空白对照组用生理盐水代替吗啡,其它处理和CPP模型组及电击处理组完全相同。电击组在d10于药物箱中接受电击(100V,25mA,1 s)处理,然后分别在d14、d19、d24测定各组的CPP值。结果:电击组的CPP值明显低于CPP模型组(P<0.01),且在处理后15d内,维持在相对稳定的范围内。结论:恰当安排的短暂的电击处理,能明显地抑制CPP的表达,且这种抑制作用可维持较长的时间。

EFFECTS OF SHOCK TREATMENT ON MORPHINE-INDUCED CONDITIONED PLACE PREFERENCE EXPRESSION IN RATS

Objective:To investigate remedial effect of shock on the long-time expression of morphine-induced conditioned place preference(CPP)in rats. Methods: Twenty-four female Wistar rats that had past the pretest,were randomly assigned to blank control,CPP model and shock treatment groups. Rats of CPP model and shock treatment groups trained according to a biased procedure,were injected with morphine in the morning and normal saline in the afternoon for 6 days. The rats of blank group were treated according to the same procedure except that morphine was replaced by normal saline. And afterwards,on d8,rats of shock treatment group were shocked(100 V,25 mA,1 s) individually. Then on d14,d19 and d24, an investigation was conducted on the CPP expression of all rats of 3 groups, respectively. Results: In comparison with CPP model group, the CPP expression of the rats of shock treatment group had a significant decrease(P<0.01), and it kept stable at least 15 days after shock treatment. Conclusion: Skillfully arranged temporal shock treatment can effectively decrease the CPP expression which can last for a long time.
