结直肠癌筛查、监测和化学治疗进展

结直肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤。近年来，包括我国在内的一些亚洲国家，其发病率逐年升高。鉴于结直肠癌是能早期诊断和预防的少数肿瘤之一，其筛查和监测受到许多国家胃肠病学专家的关注。本义摘录第六屑上海困际胃肠病学会议中欧美和亚太地区专家对结直肠癌防治的专题报告，着重介绍结直肠癌筛查和监测以及化学预防的一些推荐和建议。

Advances in Screening, Surveillance and Chemotherapy of Colorectal Cancer

Colorectal cancer （CRC） is one of the commonest carcinomas worldwide. The incidence of CHC is increasing rapidly in Asia, including China. As CRC is one of the cancers that can be detected at early stage and removed at its premalignant stage （the adenomas） before developing cancer; screening and surveillance for CRC are the national health priority in many countries. This paper consists of the talks given by some experts from Europe, America and Asia-Pacific countries at the 6^th Shanghai International Conference of Gastroenterology, emphasizing on some recommendations and suggestions for screening, surveillance and chemotherapy of CRC.
