经乳晕切口胸大肌后间隙隆乳术

目的：介绍经乳晕切口胸大肌后间隙隆乳术及其优越性。方法：皮肤切口选在乳晕下方边缘3—9点处，切口长2—3cm，乳腺不做切口或切口呈放射状位于皮肤切口下方近乳腺边缘处，胸大肌切口与胸大肌纤维方向一致。于胸大肌后分离出—大于假体2．5cm腔穴，将乳房假体经乳晕切口放于胸大肌后。结果：经乳晕切口胸大肌后间隙隆乳术30例，切口均一期愈合，短痕不明显，乳房双侧对称，外形满意，手感柔和。结论：该术式隆乳是在直视下分离腔穴及放置假体，容易操作，乳晕切口与乳房轮廓线一致，术后切口瘢痕不明显，该手术可在门诊局麻进行，省时、方便。

Augmentation mammoplasty under the greater pectoral muscle by incision around areola mammae

Objective:To introduce the augmentation mammoplasty under the greater pectoral muscle by incision around areola mammae and its advantages.Methods:The skin incision was located 3 to 9 o'clock around the areola mammae.The mammary gland was not incised,or a radial incision was made below the skin incision.The incision direction of the greater pectoral muscle was consistent with that of its muscle fibers.A suitable cavity was made under the greater pectoral muscle and the silicon prosthesis was implanted in the cavity.Results:The augmentation mammoplasty under the greater pectoral muscle by incision around the areola mammae was performed in 30 cases.All incision healed at one stage,and the incision scar was not obvious.The mammas showed bilateral symmetry.The appearance was satisfactory,and the touch sense of the mammas was soft.Conclusions:Dissecting the cavity and implanting the silicon prosthesis are all performed under direct vision.The operation is easy and needs no special apparatus.The incision scar is not obvious.The operation can be done with local anesthesia,which saves money and time.
