| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手部深度烧伤早期手术及功能锻炼的治疗效果。方法对我科1999年1月—2008年9月收治的32例手部深度烧伤病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 26例Ⅰ期愈合,6例Ⅱ期愈合;疗效优良率为91.8%,手外观及功能均较理想。结论早期应用真皮下血管网带蒂薄皮瓣修复后及时进行功能康复锻炼是保证手部深度烧伤功能恢复的一种比较理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical curative effects of function recovery after hand deep-burned injury with subdermal vascular network skin flap and functional recovery. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases with hand deep-burned injury collected from authors' department in a period of 12 years ( from 1996.1 to 2008.9 ) were analyzed retrospectively.
