通过分析中国医患关系的现状,阐述了中国市场经济下重建新型医患关系的重要意义,并评述了中外医患关系的理论与制度.提出了构建新型医患关系的原则,即坚持以人为本,促进经济社会可持续健康发展的原则;确立满足人民群众日益增长的健康需求的原则;利于现代医学健康发展的原则.强调了利益共享是新型医患关系的本质.从现实出发,构架出新型医患关系的"动态聚合"模式.在此基础上,论证了从政策和制度建设、法律法规建设、医患沟通3个层面上重建新型医患关系的对策与措施.

Reconstruct the Doctor-patient Relationship Under Chinese Market Economy

This paper explores the significance of reconstructing the doctor-patient relationship under Chinese market economy,reviews the theory and system of doctor-patient relationship both at home and abroad,and studies the actual condition of the doctor-patient relation in China.New principles of reconstructing the doctor-patient relationship are suggested:to put people first;to promote sustainable and healthy progress of the society;to meet people's need of better health;and to facilitate healthy development of modern medical science.A new model of the doctor-patient relationship is put forward with the idea of mutual benefit as its core,and strategies and counter-measures are discussed in terms of policies and policy-making,law-making and doctor-patient communication.
