男性不育症患者的细胞遗传学分析

摘    要:目的分析男性不育症患者细胞遗传学结果,探讨染色体异常对男性不育的影响。方法采用G显带方法,对468例男性不育症患者进行外周血染色体检查。结果468例不育症患者,101例染色体异常,染色体异常率为21.58%。染色体异常病例中,79.20%为Y染色体数目异常(80/101),6.93%为Y染色体结构异常(7/101);0.89%(11/101)为常染色体结构异常,2.97%(3/101)为性反转。结论染色体异常,尤其是Y染色体异常对男性生育能力有重要的影响。

Cytogenetic analysis of patients with male infertility

Abstract:Objective : To analyse the cytogenetic examination results to investigate the effect of chromosome abnormalities on male infertility. Methods: The routine cytogenetic analysis was performed, including the chromosome G band analysis and karyotype analysis of the cultured peripheral blood lymphocytes. Results: 101 cases of chromosome abnormality were observed in 468 patients with male-infertility. The incidence of chromosome abnormality was 21.58%. Among the chromosome abnormalities: the incidence of Y chromosome numeric aberrations was 79. 20% ; the incidence of Y chromosome structural aberrations was 6. 93% : the incidence of autosome structural aberrations was 10. 89% ; the incidence of sex reverse was 2. 97%. Conclusion: Chromosome abnormality, especially Y chromosome abnormality is an important factor resulting in patients with male infertility.
