全身炎症反应综合征时血乳酸和血糖的监测价值

摘    要:目的 探讨血乳酸和血糖值在全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)时的监测价值和诊疗中的意义。方法 全部患儿入院时进行危重病例评分<90分者88例,记录生命体征,急抽静脉血检测电解质、血糖和血乳酸值,并进行血液气体分析和统计学处理。结果 符合3项、4项SIRS诊断指标组与非SIRS组、符合2项SIRS诊断指标组比较,血乳酸值差异非常显著,P<0.01。血糖值在符合2项、3项SIRS诊断指标组与非SIRS组比较,差异显著;而在符合5项时与SIRS组比较,差异无显著意义,P>0.05。结论 SIRS时血乳酸值比血糖值的监测价值大。

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of diagnosis and monitoring of blood lactate acid and glucose in systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS).Methods Eighty eight patients were suffered from acute critical illness from ICU.Peripheral blood sampls were collected at the critical scope<90.Blood levels of lactate acid, glucose, electrolyte were measured and gas analysis performed.Results Blood levels of lactate acid were significantly increased in corresponding with 3 and 4 in SIRS as compared with those in non SIRS and corresponding with 2 ( P < 0.01 ).Blood levels of glucose were obviously higher in corresponding with 2 and 3 in SIRS than in non SIRS ( P< 0.01 ).No significant difference was found between the corresponding with 4 in SIRS and non SIRS.Conclusion The monitoring of blood lactate acid levels is important in SIRS.
