重庆市城市21~35岁职业女性膳食结构及饮食习惯现状调查

摘    要:目的 了解重庆市城区21~35岁部分职业女性的膳食结构及饮食习惯现状 ,为制订营养干预提供科学依据.方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法 ,在重庆市渝中区12个社区居委会采用自制的膳食结构及饮食习惯调查问卷对600名21~35岁职业女性进行问卷调查.结果 被调查对象中不能每天定时用餐、享用早餐者分别为46 .00% 、44 .00% ;不能每天吃主食、粗粮、蔬菜、水果分别为15 .34% 、89 .67% 、14 .00% 、63 .00% ;不能每天吃畜肉、禽肉、鱼等水产品分别为36 .00% 、100 .00% 、100 .00% ;不能每天吃蛋及其制品、豆类及其制品、奶及其制品分别为76 .00% 、85 .67% 、50 .00% .多因素非条件Logistic回归分析显示 ,年龄阶段、职业类型分别为不良饮食习惯的主要因素.结论 重庆市21~35岁部分职业女性的总体膳食结构失衡 ,需加强营养知识的宣传教育 ,引导合理健康的膳食.

Abstract:Objective To understand the currensituation of dietary structure and habiamong urban professional femaleaged 21-35 yearold in Chongqing city to provide the scientifibasifoformulating the nutrienintervention .MethodBy using the stratified clusterandomized sampling method ,600 professional femaleaged 21 -35 yearold from 12 community residentcommitteein Yuzhong districof Chongqing city were performed the questionnaire survey on the dietary structure and habiby a-dopting the self-designed questionnaire .ResultThe professional femalewho could nohave mealon time and breakfaseveryday accounted fo46 .00% and 44 .00% ;the professional femalewho could noeastaple food ,coarse food grain ,vegetable,and fruiteveryday accounted fo15 .34% ,89 .67% ,14 .00% and 63 .00% respectively ;the professional femalewho could noealivestock mea,poultry ,and fish oaquatiproducteveryday accounted fo36 .00% ,100 .00% and 100 .00% respectively ;the professional femalewho could nohave egg(itproducts) ,eabean(itproducts) ,and drink milk (itproducts) everyday accounted fo76 .00% ,85 .67% and 50 .00% respectively .The multivariate logistiregression analysishowed thathe age stageand profession typewere the main factorof professional females′unhealthy dietary habit.Conclusion The dietary structure and habitof par-tial professional femaleaged 21-35 yearold in Chongqing city are imbalanced and unhealthy ,iineeded to strengthen the pub-licity and education of the nutrition knowledge on the professional femalefoguiding the rational and healthy diet habit.
