冬虫夏草对肾脏保护作用的研究进展

冬虫夏草为我国传统名贵中药,具有抗肿瘤、降血糖、降血脂、免疫调节、祛痰、平喘、抗心律失常、保护肝肾功能等多种药理学作用。通过概述冬虫夏草的生活史、地理分布、菌种鉴定及其有效成分,从实验研究和临床应用研究两个方面就近年冬虫夏草(天然冬虫夏草及其相关制剂)对肾脏保护作用及可能机制予以综述。

Progress in Cordyceps Sinensis in Protection of Kidney

Cordyceps sinensis(Berk.)Sacc,as a parasitic fungus,are prized traditional Chinese medicine,which possess various pharmacological effects.It can be used to treat conditions such as tumour、hyperglycaemia、hyperlipidemia、immunologic derangement、respiratory disease、arrhythmias and renal failure.This article gives a general idea in Cordyceps sinensis with regard to life habitat、geographic distribution、the active chemical components and reviews the Cordyceps sinensis(natural products and development products)about its beneficial effects and possible mechanism on Kidney in the aspects of empirical study and clinical research.
