| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨硅胶义眼座植入后的稳定性。方法：对I,Ⅱ期硅胶义眼座植入术97例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：第1例植入3年后因感染排出外,96例均位于肌锥内,结论：“双保险”硅胶义眼座植入法是抗排出的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the stability of silicone orbital implant implant in the muscle cone.Methods It is a retrospective study of clinical datas of 97 primary and secondary silicone orbital implant.Results 96 cases were found to locate within the muscle cone.One was extracted due to infection 3 years later.Conclusion The"double-insurance"silicone orbital implant implanation is a effective way to avovid extraction. |
