| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻后滴漏综合征治疗方法的选择,以及手术时机、术式和疗效。方法对231例鼻后滴漏综合征采用保守治疗及手术治疗,其中手术治疗47例。结果随访1年以上,保守治疗184例,有效157例,有效率为85.3%;手术治疗47例,有效45例,有效率为95.7%;总有效率达87.4%(202/231)。结论鼻后滴漏综合征病因复杂,多数患者保守治疗即可取得理想疗效;有手术指征患者及时行手术治疗是必要的,手术时机、术式的选择是重要的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the treatment and operation methods and time and therapeutic efficacy for patients with postnasal drip syndrome.Methods 231 patients were subjected to a conservative treatment or operation.47 cases were operated.Results All patients were followed up for more than 1 year.157 out of 184 conservative treated patients were improved with an efficacy of 85.3%,while 45 out of 47 operated cases were improved with an efficiency of 95.7%.The total efficacy is 87.4%(202/231).Conclusion The causes ... |
