| 摘 要： | 制订止痛化癥丸质量标准,采用高效液相色谱法,对处方中丹参有效成分丹参素进行含量测定,色谱柱:HypersilGOLDC18,流动相:甲醇:冰醋酸:二甲基甲酰胺:水(2:1:2:95),检测波长:283nm。线性范围:0.0518-0.5180μg,r=0.9999,丹参素钠平均回收率为98.62%,RSD=0.54%。方法结果准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。

| Abstract: | Quality specification of Zhitonghuazheng Pills was established.The effective content Danshensu in Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in the formula were determined by HPLC method.A Hypersil GOLD C18 column was used with methanol-acetic acid-dimethylformamide-water（2：1：2：95）as mobile phase,and the detecting wavelength was 280nm.The linear range was 0.0518-0.5180μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery rate of Sodium Danshensu was 98.62%,and RSD was 0.54%.The method was accurate and reproducible;it could be used for quality control for Zhitonghuazheng Pills. |
